Our founder Saray Khumalo, just like you, is passionate about making the most of the time spent outdoors. Saray is the first Black African Woman to summit Mt Everest, complete the 7 summits challenge, ski to the South pole, climb the highest peaks in the 9 provinces of South Africa and more. She has been climbing with a purpose since 2012 and uses her climbs to raise funds for education through Summits With A Purpose NPC. In Tanzania, we’ve forged a strong partnership with BASE2SUMMITS MOUNTAINEERING LIMITED, a remarkable female-owned tour operator committed to social responsibility. As part of KIPAP, they prioritize fair treatment and well-being for all staff, including porters, both on and off the mountain.
